Job Description

Our company thrives on providing customers with the simplest, cleanest user experience in the property management technology space. Design is central to what we do, and we strive to have best-in-class UX. We’re searching for someone to lead our product design efforts, working with marketing, sales, and product to create a unified brand and product experience across the many (4 and growing) faces of our platform and services.

As a foundational member of the company, you’ll be getting a front-row seat in our rocket ship with a wide range of responsibilities. We are still very much an early-stage start-up, so we need someone self-driven with a natural design mindset. The individual should be adaptable and flexible, as well as excited about the chance to influence and improve every aspect of our product and brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own our brand’s look and feel
  • Design seamless flows and experiences that enable users to simply achieve their goals
  • Create and maintain our design system and framework to provide a coherent user experience across all product faces
  • Work with product managers and developers to explore solutions to our customer problems and create prototypes and mockups.
  • User research - build relationships with users to identify potential problems and get feedback on our current and future offerings
  • Work with marketing to help design top-notch marketing materials and ensure consistent brand and styling.
  • Advocate for a design-centric mindset across the organization

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product design experience in a modern product team, working on B2B SaaS or B2C products, designing for mobile or web applications.
  • Amazing team player
  • Strong understanding of usability and user experience principles
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • Deep curiosity and empathy for end-users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight, and trust
  • Experience working with a distributed team
